Andy Charalambous has worked in the insurance industry for many years, developing a straightforward, results-driven approach that clients have come to rely on. In 1988, he co-founded Power & Company with Richard Power to offer a more hands-on service — particularly for commercial clients managing larger property portfolios and complex or unresolved claims.

From the beginning, Andy’s focus has been on building long-term relationships and cutting through the confusion that often surrounds insurance claims. He’s played a key role in shaping the company’s direction, helping it grow while staying true to its original mission: putting the client first.

Andy continues to be closely involved in the business, particularly when it comes to strategy and client service. Known for his calm, practical mindset, he works hard to ensure every client feels supported and well-informed throughout the claims process.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and cycling, and is an active supporter of several local causes and community initiatives.
