Richard Power has worked in insurance his entire professional life. In 1988, he co-founded Power & Company with his business partner Andy, aiming to provide clients with a more hands-on, straightforward service when dealing with claims — especially the more complex or drawn-out ones.

Over the years, Richard has built a strong reputation for his practical approach and clear communication, helping commercial clients navigate everything from property damage to problem claims. His focus has always been on keeping things simple, getting fair outcomes, and building long-term relationships — many of which are still going strong decades later.

Outside of work, Richard is a keen golfer and a regular runner. He enjoys the mix of competition and downtime, and believes a bit of fresh air goes a long way.
